It was fantastic to win Gold in the Men's Cat A Epee event at the Warsaw World cup, Poland. July 2016.

This was the last event before the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games and so it was great to see that all of the training & adjustments that my coach Peter Rome and I had been doing working as we planned towards Rio !

GOLD !!

I was thrilled to take the Gold Medal in the Men's Cat A Epee event at the IWASF World cup in Pisa, Italy.

This was to be me last time attending the Sainsbury's UK School Games as a competitor due to age restrictions and so it was great to "Go out in style! " as a Triple Gold Medalist in the mixed wheelchair fencing events 2013.
